Denise Pinson has more than 20 years of executive-level experience serving the U.S. Department of Labor’s Job Corps program to advance the lives of under-served youth. Prior to joining Strategix, Ms. Pinson served in various center and corporate operational and leadership roles with large and small contractors. She has served 13 different centers in various states and Job Corps regions, accumulating a wealth of knowledge and expertise.
As Strategix’s Vice President of Education and Training, Ms. Pinson leads a top-notch team of dedicated professionals who ensure quality performance on all Job Corps contracts, expanding to other federal education contracts and workforce development programs. She specializes in using contemporary leadership, quality assurance, and project management techniques to drive performance and maintain high-performing teams.
Ms. Pinson is a summa cum laude graduate from Strayer University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business management and human resource management. She has also achieved international certifications in project management (PMP) and proposal management (CF APMP).
