Strategix Management LLC was founded in 2016 by Jonathan Crawley, President & CEO. Strategix is an innovative consulting firm with a strong focus on delivering complex, real-world change through federal programs. Understanding that strong families are the building blocks of strong societies, Mr. Crawley sought to develop a firm focusing on Advancing American Families. With Strategix, he intentionally seeks out clients whose missions are similarly aligned.

Within Strategix, Mr. Crawley employs a philosophy of servant leadership in his daily operations. He also emphasizes fully supporting and growing each Strategix employee and delivering quality and mission-focused teams to the company’s clients. He believes the whole is indeed greater than the sum of its parts.

Teams are strengthened when members are allowed to bring the whole of themselves and their experiences into projects to problem solve and deliver meaningful and impactful solutions that will yield greater results for the firm’s clients. His ultimate goal is to serve the greater good and align with professionals and clients who are similarly inspired.

Mr. Crawley graduated from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, which led him to a career in consulting on Wall Street. He went into project management with Capital One and worked with some of the largest companies in America. There he saw firsthand how government decisions are inextricably bound to larger economic activities. Later, he served as a Program Manager at federal consulting companies before launching Strategix. He is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
